While Nemesis Arms, Inc. strives to maintain it’s 3-5 day average time-to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. We exhibit at a number of industry shows and shooting events around the country throughout the year. We catch up on orders as soon as we return to our home office. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)
Nemesis Arms, Inc. will ship to any physical address in the US. Nemesis Arms, Inc. will ONLY ship outside of the US under special contract that do not conflict with ITAR regulations. Shipments to PO Boxes may not be possible for certain items. In this case the customer will be contacted and asked to provide a physical address. Each package may require signature confirmation therefore timely delivery requires that the customer make themselves available for its reception.
Items shipped from Nemesis Arms, Inc. may be insured up to the full purchase price. It is Nemesis Arms, Inc.’s responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from Nemesis Arms, Inc. to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.
